Arrival/Departures
We are open by appointment only. Appointments are available between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. We try to accommodate and provide flexibility, but we do need to know when to expect you. Changes to pick-up/drop-off times require 24 hours notice or are subject to additional fees. Our doors are locked during the day so that we can ensure your dog’s safety and security, and to avoid possible incidents with incompatible dogs. Thank you for respecting our schedule.
Meet and Greet
We encourage owners to familiarize their dog(s) with our facility prior to boarding, if at all possible. If you would like to schedule a meet and greet to see our facility before committing, appointments are available by request.
Overnight Lodging:
$40/night per dog
$38/night second dog,*same suite
$35/night third dog, *same suite
Daycare:
$25/full-day

Your Dog’s Stay
What To Bring
We highly recommend that you bring your dogs food. Sudden changes in their diet can cause stomach upset during an already stressful time. Please be sure to include enough for your pet’s entire stay. If you do not bring any, we will provide your dog with a premium kibble at the extra cost of $3/day. We have bedding but PLEASE bring your dog’s favorite blanket, towel, shirt, or toy. Having something familiar will help alleviate anxiety and stress, making for a much more relaxed stay. Any toys or treats brought in will ONLY be used by your dog.
What NOT To Bring
FLEAS! Flea prevention is part of responsible dog ownership. Guests arriving with fleas will be given a flea bath at the owners’ expense.
Large bedding! We cannot wash large items at our facility so please leave large, fluffy beds at home.
Choker chains, prong collars, or shock collars are not permitted at our facility. Flea collars are NOT permitted in the daycare off leash play groups.

*Dogs sharing a suite MUST be from the same household and must be able to eat near their kennel mates.
